Recently I did not update my site. Maybe it’s because again I lost my orientation.
It is so wrong for a twentieth having no purpose, no passion and that’s what I’ve been lacking all the time.
But still I grabbed a few movies to kill my time so that I don’t feel too guilty.
First of all, I checked out <Transformers> from last year, two times.
One focusing on the screenplay and other stuff, and one focusing on the Director’s comments.
It brings me a lot fun when listening to the director’s comments, even though I think Michael Bay’s talk is a little bit away from what’s going on at the moment. He talked about stories behind scenes starting with “When I was….” however the story has a little thing to do with the scene playing on screen. But he actually did tell some funnies from which I learn a lot.
<Transformers> had a huge success. I couldn’t argue if someone tells me Michael Bay did well. He is the guy who can make this movie suitable for both adults and kids (but somehow it brings me to wonder, is this movie too serious for children? Or most of the holywood movies do so.).
I was told that, the animation and visual effects are too fantastic that some of the original Transformers fans actually cried when Optimise Prime transformed for the first time. I was shocked by the awsome transformation. It should be Michael Bay’s effort to allow and give total trust on the Japanese artist, in my opinion. Otherwise, we may hear hisses from the last year till now.
Then, <WALL-E>
Haven’t seen such a good animation film for a long time.
This cute, innocent robot, WALL-E, even if it may never recognise itself so, touched my heart. I doubt why would they create such a character in the first place. It shocks me when the director mentioned this story was conceived more than 10 years ago.
Sorry guys, I’ve nothing to talk about.
I think that’s all.
